Terms of Service

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms apply when you use fourpointwebstudio.com or buy services from Four Point Web Studio (“we,” “us”). By ordering a service, you agree to them.

Our services and prices

• Website design: $250, one time. A custom website of up to 5 pages, built mobile-first, with page titles, descriptions and a sitemap set up for search.
• Hosting & unlimited edits: $15 per month. Secure hosting, SSL, backups, and unlimited content edits (see below).
• SEO & AI search optimization: $35 per month on top of hosting ($50 per month total).
• Social media content: $30 per month for 20 posts with artwork and captions ($1.50 per post).

Anything outside these services, such as extra pages, new features or larger projects, is quoted in writing before we start, and we only begin once you approve the quote.

Billing

• The website design fee is due before design work begins.
• Monthly services are billed in advance each month, starting when your site goes live (or when the add-on starts).
• Payment is charged automatically to the card or bank account on file. If a payment fails, we’ll let you know; services may be paused if a balance stays unpaid for more than 30 days.
• We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change for an existing service.

Term and cancellation

All monthly services are month-to-month. There’s no long-term contract. You can cancel any service at any time by emailing info@fourpointwebstudio.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve already paid for; we don’t charge you again, and we don’t refund partial months.

The website design fee is non-refundable once design work has started.

If you cancel hosting, we’ll give you a copy of your website files and help move your site and domain to a new host.

Unlimited edits

With hosting, we make as many content edits as you need: text, photos, hours, prices, staff, menus and similar updates to your existing pages. New pages, new features, redesigns and integrations aren’t content edits; we’ll quote those first. Most edits are done quickly; larger batches may take longer, and we’ll tell you when to expect them.

Ownership

• Your domain belongs to you. We recommend it stays registered in your name.
• Your content (text, photos, logos and anything else you provide) stays yours.
• Your website: once the design fee is paid, the finished website we build for you is yours, and it stays yours if you leave.
• We may keep and reuse our own general tools, code snippets and know-how, and we may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and content you have the right to use (for example, photos you own or are licensed to use).
• Review and approve your site before launch, and tell us about changes you need.
• Don’t use your site for anything illegal, misleading or harmful.

SEO, AI search and results

We follow current best practices to help your business get found on Google, Google Maps and AI search tools, but no one controls their results. We can’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic or leads.

Hosting and availability

Sites are hosted on Cloudflare’s global network and are usually online around the clock. Outages caused by providers or events outside our control can happen; we’ll work to restore service quickly, but we aren’t responsible for losses caused by them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a change that affects current clients, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
